I agree with Glenda. I touch Insight has always been a reliable source of legitimate mystery shops. In the odd occasion where something was missed or incomplete they have always provided the opportunity to do a redo for the missing portion. Plus they pay regularly as per their stated agreement. Any questions I have had regarding shops have always been answered promptly.
Android Samsung 7 , compatibility with my PC is paramount. The lack from compatibility between IOS and PC has kept me away from iPhones for years.
HI , I have found that the no reimbursement item is mentioned when there is no obligation on your part to complete a sale. If you choose to buy something that you have been asked to shop about, your purchase is made by your own coin.
As for for how the money is placed in your PayPal account, if you have opened an account and you have listed the email address on your profile then your money is transferred to your account as per the guidelines listed by the MSP. Some pay bi weekly, some pay on the 15th of the month, some pay monthly in the month after you do the shop. . The good thing about Paypal is that you get notification when money is dropped into your account via an email.
In the four years I have been doing shops I have never had a problem with missing payments.
I use an iPad as well as a laptop and an android phone. For some reason when I try to open the isecretshop app on the iPad, it will go to the cover page and 99.9% of the time it will sit there. The app works perfectly well on the android phone and for the laptop I go to the website to complete shops.
I have removed the app, and reloaded it,and all of my IOS updates are up to date.
Any one else having this problem?

Ivan : You seem to be a wealth of knowledge when it comes to all things shopping. I have been wondering about the badges and ranking ever since the entire system was introduced. One question that I have is “ Where is all the information about the ranking system and badges readily available for all to spend some time, if so desired, to further educate themselves?”
Knowing more about them could allow individuals to work at becoming experts In specific areas. So far the only info that I have seen about the new system has been here in the forum.
Demetrius. You asked a question about taking photos , and Melissa provided you with a couple of examples, which she called it silly suggestions. However that is a tactic that I often use if the location is busy with a great number of people around. I will often turn and snap the photo with it appearing that I was taking a selfie,, but I have the camera turned the wrong way. I am an old guy, so if anyone ever looks at me funny, I am sure they just say ,'' oh look that poor old guy thinks he is taking a selfie and he is actually snapping the front of the building, Isn t that funny!"
I also will make sure that the sound is turned off,( and that means the phone is on silent AND the volume for all items is placed at ZERO) and the flash is also turned off. You can then snap your pics without worrying about the distinctive 'snap" of the camera or the illuminating flash alerting anyone in the immediate area. that someone has taken a picture.
As Ivan mentioned, You should always review the shop /audit beforehand so that you do not end up at home with information missing because it got missed..
But further to the point made by Wassim, the start button can be used if you are doing an audit. In this case, you identify yourself to the manager of the location. They are different then mystery shops, because you " out " yourself at the beginning of your visit with a permission letter showing the head office management authorization for you to be on the premises to validate information.
Then using a tablet or laptop you can complete the audit on line in real time , and not worry about transferring information later in the day. .
I have done these for convenience stores as well as gas stations and find them to provide a bit of change from the mystery shops.
