It is set up to search for shops near your address. If you travel a lot and want to do shops in different cities, the only way is to manually search the zip code. After you complete shops you will receive emails as a past shopper (if you have notifications set up). So, you will know when those shops are available again.

Click Available Shops to see what is currently open and available near you - and check back often as new projects are added every day. When you see one that is of interest to you, click View Details to learn more and if you want the opportunity, either Assign it to yourself or Request it from the company responsible. You can always request an unlimited number of shops.

If it is a shop that is completed, you can view this information under the Payments tab. You can also contact the MSP responsible for the assignment(s) in question directly. Their contact information can also be found on the Payments tab when you log in.

The number of assignments you can self-assign depends on your shopper score on iSecretShop.

As you receive more points, your score will rise, and with that, the number of assignments you can self-assign.

Additionally, some missions can only be requested - they can't be self-assigned.

Please note that this limit only applies to self-assigning shops - you can always request an unlimited number of shops directly in the system, and the schedulers can assign any number of them to you at the same time.

Hello. The search is done in relation to your address. You can also search for shops by zip code. Please make sure that your address is accurate. You can also open a ticket and someone can take a look at your account.
