I did and nI was told to take a pic, upload and submit the assistment. However, it turns out that the wrong address was provided in the shop report (NOT MY FAULT) and I was then told I went to the wrong location and cannot be compensated.
I've done several of these and I have not encountered any issues. Most of them are aware and familiar with the process.
I do several of these, I actually look forward to doing them. I literally asked questions and I really need to know. My uncle passed a month ago and I was well versed on the process and options available. So when we got to the actual funeral home the director wanted to know if I had researched them in the past lol.
I do have a funny story, because I accept so many of these, I accidentally accepted one for Puerto Rico and I had no clue. I kept calling back asking for someone who spoke English.
I do several of these, I love them and you get credit as soon as the shop is submitted.
