You can open a support ticket for iSecretShop and let them know - just make sure to tat the names and email addresses or shopper IDs of the people that you referred.

I referred two friends a while back and when I contacted iSS, they could not find them. I'm going to follow up as I have three more I want to refer, and I desire that badge. Thanks

If you used your referral link to register, the referral credit should be there, if it happened after the referral system was implemented. If they didn't, well...no way to take advantage of that system then...
