Hello. I'm new to secret shopping/quality control and a bit nervous to start because I don't know the procedures and protocals used so swung in here to get my feet wet before venturing out. If anybody has any tips or advice, I'd appreciate it. Thank you. This is gonna be fun.

I find it best to go over the requirements for the last time right before you execute a shop. I usually go over it in my car before I enter the establishment. Remember you are a consumer, so be your natural self. I also usually jot names down immediately as well because it's usually the first thing I forget. Lastly don't ever forget your picture of the establishment, it serves as your proof of visit and makes sure you get paid!
