Attempted to book my first shop and booked the wrong date. The shop has been paid for and I've emailed the address at the bottom. however, there was no response. How can I undo this or make contact with the contractor?
Have you already completed the shop? You can't get paid unless you complete the shop on the date you chose. As to the matter of no response, go to your list of MSPs (select the link in the left column of your main iSS page) and scroll down to the MSP listed for the shop you booked. There should be a phone number listed along with their email. Try that and see if you can speak to the scheduler.
When you refer to a contractor, I gather you mean the MSP. If you are referring to the Client, that information is unable as the MSP will not provide that information (usually the shop contains that information anyway).

Thanks Norm. By contractor, I meant the scheduler. I was so excited I chose the wrong date. I have not completed the shop. It was for the 7th but I selected the 11th. I will still go and contact the scheduler to see if they will issue a form do I can complete and at least give my opinion. I realise my fault so I'm not expecting compensation for something i messed up. Thanks on the advise.
No form will be issued. The scheduler will either reschedule the shop for you or cancel. However, if they cancel then you lose points. Make sure to ask them not to deduct any points after explaining the situation. Glad I could assist.
