i request shops but never get shop. Why is that?

It depends on which shops you are requesting - some shops are in very high demand, so they are often given to more experienced shoppers.

You can try contacting the schedulers once you have requested a shop, to ask if they would assign the shop to you.

Hope your situation has improved since you started shopping. Sometimes you have to work with an MSP fir a while so that they can see your quality of work for them before they will give you a requested shoo. It happened with me when I started. Calling the schedulers and letting them know you are interested in a specific shop also helps. Happy continued shopping.
