I just started and am using the app. There's a selection for Opinion Polls and whenever I access it, there's never anything there. This has happened every since i started about 2 weeks ago.

Is there some "magic" word or there just not any polls?

There are no new polls currently available, but as soon as some do become available, all shoppers will be able to see them.

They only show up every so often. It would be nice to have more and more often.
