At what level do you obtain a higher self assign number? Also, how exactly does requests work? I understand self assigning, but very confused on requesting option.

Every level your reputation grows, you get more self-assign capability. As for "requesting" shops, there is a button you can push when previewing the shops (like the self-assign button). When you do this, the scheduler is notified that you have requested the shop. When s/he sees the request, s/he will decide whether or not to grant the shop to you. If it is granted, you should get an email notification.

I just leveled up my reputation level from 3 to 4 and my self assign limit didn't increase. I'm so confused. It stayed at 4. I'm very disappointed.

II have a limit of three. I thought that was pretty good.
