The most common reasons for an unpaid payment include:

1) Shop completed too recently - not scheduled until the next payment cycle.

2) No Paypal address on file in your Extended Profile

3) Independent Contractor Agreement not signed for this MSP

4) No W9 form (if required) on file with the MSP https://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/fw9.pdf

I suggest reaching out to the MSP that posted the shop(s) in question, since the responsible MSP is the only entity with the authority and the ability to assist with those matters.

Les raisons de payer un paiement impayé sont les suivantes:

1) Boutique terminée trop récemment - pas de programme avant le prochain cycle de paiement.

2) Aucune adresse Paypal au dossier dans votre profil étendu

3) Entente d'entrepreneur indépendant non signée pour ce MSP

4) Pas de formulaire W9 (si nécessaire) dans les dossiers du MSP https://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/fw9.pdf

Je pense que j'ai contacté le MSP qui a affiché le (s) magasin (s) en question, qui a été donné à MSP.

Oui j'ai contacté à plusieurs reprises mon agente, Lydie Allard. Chaque fois elle m'a bien répondu, soit, oui à la prochaine paye.......mais les trois bonus ne sont jamais arrivés. Je travaille pour Intouch depuis plus d'un an. Merci @+
