The most common reasons for an unpaid payment include:

1) Shop completed too recently - not scheduled until the next payment cycle.

2) No Paypal address on file in your Extended Profile

3) Independent Contractor Agreement not signed for this MSP

4) No W9 form (if required) on file with the MSP https://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/fw9.pdf

I suggest reaching out to the MSP that posted the shop(s) in question, since the responsible MSP is the only entity with the authority and the ability to assist with those matters.

Les raisons de payer un paiement impay? sont les suivantes:

1) Boutique termin?e trop r?cemment - pas de programme avant le prochain cycle de paiement.

2) Aucune adresse Paypal au dossier dans votre profil ?tendu

3) Entente d'entrepreneur ind?pendant non sign?e pour ce MSP

Je pense que j'ai contact? le MSP qui a affich? le (s) magasin (s) en question, qui a ?t? donn? ? MSP.

Oui j'ai contact? ? plusieurs reprises mon agente, Lydie Allard. Chaque fois elle m'a bien r?pondu, soit, oui ? la prochaine paye.......mais les trois bonus ne sont jamais arriv?s. Je travaille pour Intouch depuis plus d'un an. Merci @+
