Getting certifications....does it help open up new shops?

I'm just curious if it helps.

As a beginner, I only see 3 classes being offered. Is it worth it to take them and get certified?

Have you seen any difference personally in getting certified?

I'm referring only to the courses on ISS platform.

Thanks

Do the courses on the iSS platform. As a new shopper, they will give you an overview as to how this all works. On this platform, they'll also give you your first few "points" which will give you a little boost when hoping pick up your first few assignments.

I'm only seeing 2 free courses, and 1 paid course. I've done 1 free course. Is it worth to pay for the $10 course?

No. There is no reason to pay for any training for mystery shopping as you are starting out.

If you decide to take shopping seriously, it might be worthwhile to attend a a mystery shopping conference at some point as doing so, can help you to develop quality contacts with mystery shopping companies.
