I noticed there is a badge for "globetrotter". Has anyone earned that badge, and where have you traveled?

You don't have to go far to earn that badge! I went 3 hours north for a medical trip, and did a shop while there. I earned the globetrotter badge.

Sometimes when I travel I check to see if there are any shops in the areas where I am going. I don't often find them, or I can't figure out exactly where they are relative to where I will be, but it is kind of fun to do these shops in a different area.

I do a lot of out of town routes. I want to be a globetrotter!

I haven't gotten it yet, and wonder how far you have to travel to be a globetrotter. I did a shop in Santa Cruz County --I live in Santa Clara County--but I haven't gotten any globetrotter points so I guess that is not far enough. Maybe I'll try a shop in San Mateo County if available, as long as Caltrain is available!

I live in San Jose and have done shops in Palo Alto,Mountain View,Cupertino,Morgan Hill,Gilroy,Scott's Valley,Los Gatos,Santa Clara, Campbell, and San Jose

I like to check for shops by putting 100 miles as my range, then see if any good shops in that range that I can get to by Caltrain.

I think I have it but easy for me (pre-pandemic) as live right next to the USA at the boarder. :-) There are so few Mystery Shops in Canada compared to the USA.

I don't think it's that easy for everyone, seems to require you cross state/provincial borders. Example: if I am say Sault Ste Marie during covid restrictions would take 15-16 hr drive to get to the next province when Sault Ste Marie Michigan is 10 mins away; heck for me it's 6 hrs where I am, and 3 hours north is merely the big airport.

When you get the badge you see a breakdown by territory.

I travel a lot and am a globetrotter. I've done shops coast to coast.

So it is easy to travel internationally.
