I just don't get it. Every single shop I request she always declined me. I'm about to be homeless. And advice?
I don’t know who declined you.
I haven't been assigned any either?
Is there any reason your shops are declined?

This is my 1st week and the same thing happened to me. i sent an e-mail, today, to the person who sent me the decline e-mail and asked them why. I am waiting for a response.
I am not very impressed with this company. Every shop that I request is being denied with no return email explaining why.
I get denied all the time on for no reason too and I’ve only able to be approved for 2 shops so far.
It may have something to do with your profile? So far I've requested 5 shops total, and I've been accepted for 3 of them--one of them being an audit, not a secret shop. I know that, depending on the situation, certain demographics are required for certain jobs. Don't give up, keep requesting, and your bound to get accepted eventually. In the mean time, look back over your profile and make sure there are no errors either in Grammer and/or accuracy and upload a professional looking profile picture. Maybe that will up your chances? Good luck. It is possible.

First of all, you can't rely on this platform, or any secret shopping platform, to be your only source of income. There is a lot of competition and a lot of people wanting the same jobs, and also these shops require you to spend money and only occasionally reimburse you, with the pay and reimbursement coming weeks or months after the work is done and trickling in one job at a time.
If you're mostly requesting phone shops, those are very often declined. There is a huge demand for them because they don't require you to go anywhere or spend any money. Many people are requesting them, and they often go to the highest ranking requester who fits the demographic.
As others have said, make sure your entire profile is filled out. Make sure there are no spelling or grammar errors in your profile (you've made an error in the poll you posted as well as in your post asking about it; it's possible you've got other errors in your profile). Don't be rude to the schedulers -- threatening to go to their boss is not going to win you any favors. Finally, understand that the denials are automatically generated: the scheduler is not denying you personally.
Everyone has a self-assign limit; when you're new it's usually two. Self-assign the two you can, then do them, then self-assign two more, and so on, and eventually you will rise in rank and be able to self-assign more.
Please know that I have never had an assignment denied. Perhaps I am fortunate, but I do want to share two things I use in my strategy to get approved because, afterall, who wants to put forth time and effort for no pay.
Ok, so I read the instructions at least six times before doing the assignment, probably more like ten times. And I read them over a few day period to think about it, and always one last time in the parking lot (or wherever) immediately before walking into the assignment. I also write down key elements required and review them several times so that when I'm in the moment doing the assignment I already have everything in my mind so I can do it, get in, get out, and immediately start preparing my report so I can make sure I hit all the key elements and, in the event I missed something, promptly return to get it.
Ok, so point one is really prepare for the moment.
And the second thing I'll put out there is how I view the report. For the most part, it never asks for my opinion, only for my observation. So I never say I waited a long time, I only state the amount of time I waited (eg: Was approached 5 mins 23 seconds after making my presence known). I try to avoid saying the representative was nice and instead say she made eye contact, spoke in a pleasant tone, slowly and clearly making it easy to understand her, she smiled throughout the encounter, made me her total focus by not accepting calls from anyone else, etc, etc.
Please know that I'm not telling anyone how they should do their assignments or word their reports, but rather only sharing my strategy that has got me an approval on every assignment I have conducted, so far, at least.
I hope this helps.
