How do I self assign to a shop?

When your new they hesitate to allow you too many shops at once. In case you get frustrated and not finishe your list. Hence limits.

Shelly, you have to rise in rank by doing more shops. I'm up to a limit of 4 now that I'm at reputation level 3.

I remember seeing some kind of assign limit to 2 or something when I joined (less than a month ago), but I was able to assign like 4 -6 gas station audit at a time, I was also assigned 2 gyms and 2 retail store assignment at the same time as well...So I really not sure what limit is that
