II am trying to complete my training but I am only able to access the quizzes. I need to go over the modules or the training material and then take the quizzes but I have gone through the training material before so it only gives me the option for the quizzes unless there's somewhere else to look. Can someone please tell me what I'm doing wrong or where to find the training material and not the quizzes.

Hello. I am just starting out as well. Hopefully we get the answers we all need soon!:)

First of all, I would like to let you guys know that its awesome that you chose to join us and enjoy the satisfaction of knowing that we are a big part to keeping every customer, big and small out there happy while they are able to shop freely and comfortably. As far as the training goes. As soon as your finished registering your account what you would want to do is to go to your profile tab and finish setting up your profile and then after completing that, you want to move to your extended profile and be sure to answer EVERYTHING becaue this is a big piece of what type of shops you start getting. After that, you will then want to go to provider contracts & ploicies where you will see all of the different companies that are with us and you will put your signature on their contract so you can begin to start accepting work through them. Then, be sure to check out the iss privacy policy and iss terms of use and sign those as well. As you are doing all of this you will be accuring points as well which helps your ranking. After all of that is complete, then you will want to go to the top right of your page if on a PC and click on ISS Prep Certification and that will take you to all the certifications that you will need to complete. After getting those completed you may notice three or four short videos thats optional to watch. I suggest watching them because it will make navigating through the app 100 times easier.
