I encountered an issue where I received a “Forbidden 43” message upon accessing the website through my browser. Despite clearing my browser’s history, the problem persists. I’ve submitted a ticket to tech support for assistance. Has anyone else faced a similar situation?

I had the same situation earlier today when I was trying to access the website, but the app was working fine. Luckily everything seems to be back to normal now.
Yes I had the same issue, I emailed support and they replied that the problem was fixed.
Site under maintenance perhaps?
