Hi, I have been shopping for over a month. I can say it has been challenging. I have learned not to apply for several shops on a certain day because you might get them all. It happened to me! I became overwhelmed and my overall job performance suffered. I regret not doing one shop a day for the first 2 weeks. Rushing in and taking as many as possible hurt my ratings. Now I'm taking my time, reading the job and it's guidelines more than once

Please consider paying us more in reimbursements than fees ..... reimbursements are more tax friendly, but fees are NOT. Almost every payment here is a flat fee (taxable) but would prefer a reimbursement. Most MS companies give a combination of both -- ie $20 reimbursement with a $10 fee.

Lots of shoppers "quit" before the $600 fee point- so you are actually loosing shoppers this way. I could do more work for you if you would change this.

Hi, new shopper here. How long did it take you to be able to self assign multiple shops without having to request them? Thank you!

Hi Pamela, do the "reimbursements" show up on our 1099's because all of the payments are processed through paypal? I am also wondering how my future taxes will be effected. Thank you!

But Reimbursements are only given if you purchased something. So you are not making any new money just replacing what you spent. Compensation is what you make. So why would you want the reimbursements to take precedence over compensation

What area are you located? Are there jobs listed when you search for "Available Shops"? Have you looked at the "Web and Phone Shops"?

My question is about badges. Like if you didn’t receive a badge toward the type of shop you completed that would increase your rank in that department? I read that your supposed to contact someone, but I can’t find the information where I was reading that.

I found this on the Resources tab on the home screen. It may not be exactly what you're looking for, but maybe it will help get you in the right direction.

Cheers.

Badges are entirely the responsibility of the MSB that posted the shop(s). The MSB decides which Badge their project awards, and each shop can only award one specialty badge (meaning that one shop cannot be in two specialty categories at once). If you any have questions regarding a specific badge awarded for a completed shop, please contact the responsible MSB.
