Trying to do web shop but trying to get scenarios and link I need to go to to do shop I request shop do I have to wait for request to be accepted?

Im new as well and trying to figure it out. Seems you do need to wait on some of them. I was rejected for a few. Probably because they wanted someone With more experience.
