I was wondering to whom we should inquire regarding badge allocations. I should have received a badge thus week for being the high est point earner, but I never received my badge. Any information would be most appreciated!

My points received for jobs performed and approved 2 weeks ago were not posted until today.

Something funny happened to me just a day or two ago. I earned a new badge and I could only see a white square. I contacted tech support and within a day the badge appeared. They did not have the artwork for that new badge.

So the moral here is that this forum is new (about 3 months old) and the platform itself has been revamped as well. Before the badges we had titles like field agent, and investigator. Now we have badges, and reputation rank.

For any questions about the Badges system in general, and badges such as Reputation, Legacy, Recruiter, Weekly Leaderboard, Poll Contributor, etc, you can open a support ticket for us at iSecretShop by clicking the Ticket button on your homepage at the iSecretShop website or app. The response is usually very quick, depending on the time of day.

For questions regarding badges for specific shop categories (phone, retail, service, etc) you can contact the MSP that posted the shop you did, as it is up to them to set their shops in such a way that completing them earns you a specific badge type.

Of course, as Wassim said, the badge system is only a few months old, so if you have any feedback, ideas, suggestions etc, please feel free to open a ticket and let us know, we love hearing our users' inputs!

I just contacted my MSP regarding Price Audit badges and this is the response I got:

Can anyone tell me where the badges are located on the isecretshop app please?

Hi Tina,

When you open the app, the badges should be located right on the top of the app homepage, as soon as you login. You should see them under "Welcome Tina" - when you tap on them, you will be taken to a separate page that's there specifically for badges, and you'll be able to see more details about them.
