Do I need to download any additional apps to my phone before I do a phone shop?

The shop guidelines should tell you. Some are recorded directly in the iss app, so you just go to the shop and press a button when you're ready to call. Others may have a certain number and passcode to dial to record it. A few shops might require you to have external recording equipment, but I haven't come across any of those on this app yet.
