Hi newbies from Service Measure. I have only done 1 hotel visit on the new system which took over a week to be verified, so very relieved now. Prefer the old system as I feel you had better scope for feedback but, as with everything new, it takes time to adjust! Great to have a forum though!

hope someone can help, carried out an assignment last month and it was approved - I did expect to be getting the money back on the 15th as per the little bit of text on the app. Can anyone advise?

I did a visit on 13th Jan and was paid in my bank on 14 Feb. I'm sure you will be paid soon, otherwise chase it up.

Hi all. Has anyone requested an extension for a hotel visit and got it? I've seen one I want to do but I can't commit to those days.

Quest visits were so much better in you had all month to do them in.

Hello, hope you are all getting on well with the new system. Does anyone know which badge / score you need to be able to self-assign visits?

The number of assignments you can self-assign depends on your shopper score on iSecretShop.

As you receive more points, your score will rise, and with that, the number of assignments you can self-assign.

Additionally, some missions can only be requested - they can't be self-assigned.

Please note that this limit only applies to self-assigning shops - you can always request an unlimited number of shops directly in the system, and the schedulers can assign any number of them to you at the same time.

Just wondering if anyone has received payment for February visits yet please? I thought payment was due on 15th hence asking. I’ve added my paypal details to the account. Thank you, Tracey
