If you schedule a shop and don't do that, the industry term is "flake" for that. Don't Flake. We've all flaked for some reason or another. Oversleeping. Forgetting about the shop. Or, as I had when I first started (and still have for time to time)...nervousness. Try to avoid flaking at all costs.

I made the mistake of not really learning about and going over the rules and such when I first joined...I over eagerly was just clicking everywhere and apparently requested a few shops. Since I didn't really know that I had officially done anything, I ended up missing the shops ( I had booked them for like that day or the next ) and now am minus 10 in points and trying to redeem myself but having a hard time as no one will accept my shop requests now lol

Suggestions for an Announced Compliance Evaluation? What does that really mean....
