Unable to self-assign shops

I'm waiting until April when my cast comes off. I had a few shops scheduled but had to cancel when I broke my right ankle.

Decreasing score related to doing fewer shops?

Greetings fellow shoppers!

I am a fairly new shopper, just 4 months old. I tend to schedule shops early so life doesn't get in the way.

Well life did get in the way, I slipped and fell on ice in February. Broke my ankle and have been trapped at home since then.


I have been watching my points slowly decrease. Will I eventually hit 0 if I don't get shopping by April?

I am at 1 right now.

I am healing well and looking forward to stepping outside when there is no ice.

That makes sense about cancelling impacting points. When the doctor showed me the x-ray showing the double break on 2/25/19, I logged on the 360Intl and cancelled my upcoming shops. I didn't want to leave them scheduled if I knew there was no possible way I could do them.

Well, I just need to sign up for shops once I am walking/driving.

Perhaps there will be shops for physical therapy places. There are chains in Southern NH. Just a thought.

Wish me luck, I see my doctor April 10th!

Thanks for asking!

I did reach out to the MSP but only heard crickets. I will earn my points over time. My leg graduated to a laced up boot. No more Gronk boot!


Since I can drive now, I returned to shopping and doing PT. It is really nice to get out of the house.

How can I use ISS to take photos?

Viewing my open mobile application, I don't see an icon to take a picture. Is taking a photo only available if you have your specific shop open on your phone?

I was hoping to take many photos and keep the clearest ones.

When a location uses a different address online vs. their website

I had a shop at an Aroma Joe's in Lee, NH. The AJ website lists Lee, NH - 71 Calef Highway (Rt. 128). Their receipt lists 120 Calef Highway in Lee, NH. I wish I could post the picture of the receipt here.

My shop was refused and I lost points because I went to the wrong location.

That is the only AJ's in Lee, NH. I tried to point this out but it fell on deaf ears.

Could a store use a different address to avoid paying for a shop?

120 Calef Highway is a parking lot down the street.

It is the only location in Lee, NH. I wonder what will happen when another shopper produces a receipt with 120 Calef Highway?

Guess I'm going to skip the AJ shops. Unfortunate because I love coffee.

I looked back in my prior shops at that location. The receipts all show '120' and the actual address is '71'. iSecretShop has '71' and the client lists '71' as the street address on their own website. I sent an email to the scheduler asking him to pull prior shops for that location and check the address on the receipt (I had a prior shop there, it also had a street address printed as '120' and not '71'). I did not hear back. I did notice that the payment is now scheduled (it was not there before).

 

Good to know that the client wasn't being strange. Not sure why they print '120' rather than '71' for their street address. <shrug>
