Phone shop question

Unless there are explicit instructions as to how to complete your phone call, such as dialing into a recorded line prior to calling the company you are shopping, you are free to use whatever device you so choose. Keep in mind that long distance charges may well apply based upon your number, the number you're calling, and the plan on your line!

I hope that helps!

ABM Valet or NWLPC MSP rejected work

I have completed several shops for this particular MSP and had no trouble getting the assignments approved as usual. If you are having difficulties I would suggest contacting the scheduler/editor directly and discuss the matter with them so you can get on the same page moving forward. They want your shops to be successful just as much as you do, otherwise they will have to redo their work with another shopper, if there is even time to do so.

I hope that helps!

Odd/strange/awkward/silly Requirements

So I know I've been asked- nay, REQUIRED- to do some pretty silly stuff in order to meet the expectations of a shop.

I would have to say that my most awkward experience personally was needing to take pictures to fulfill shop requirements inside a location where there were signs everywhere explicitly stating that camera usage (yes, even cell phones!) was strictly prohibited. Seems the company wanted me to clandestinely break their own rules in order to confirm that I was really doing what they had hired me to do!

What odd/strange/awkward/silly requests or requirements have you run into out there during your mystery shopping adventures?

MSP and Job Boards question

You do not need to accept the MSP Agreement in order to see what they are offering on the job board. The jobs will all show together and if you need to accept an agreement in order to view the specific details or apply for the actual shop then you will be prompted to do so. This is true for both the website and the mobile app platforms.

I hope that helps!

Help! How do I use this site?

Start by looking at the job board to see what is available in your area. You can find the job board by clicking on the Available Shops button along the left side of the homepage. Once there you can change the search parameters as well.

I hope that helps!

How I wished I lived closer to this shop

So funny to see this thread today! The shop that Martin is referencing in Denver, I completed one of those in July and had a great time! Also, just LAST NIGHT I completed another gentleman's club evaluation that, as Jerome originally indicated, required the purchase of several "couch dances" as they are called. Still recovering...
