How do I see if I properly linked my PayPal account

You can check the current email address that is on file for your PayPal distribution by going to the Update Extended Profile section, then locating the "PayPal Email Only" question with your recorded response (if any) showing.

Additionally, if you are questioning payment on a shop you have completed through ISS then you can go to the Payments section instead and check the status of the specific shop directly. If the status shows there as Pending then payment has not been issued to you yet by the MSP, but if it shows Paid with a date and you haven't received the PayPay deposit then further investigation may be warranted.

I hope that helps!

What happened to the Badge program?

The badge program is still in full effect! You can check on your specific badges and progress by clicking on any of the badges or your Reputation Rank from the main shopper dashboard. Also, an excellent reference that breaks down the badge system can be found here: https://www.secretshopforum.com/thread/1/2/205/the-badge-system#post1125

Job availability question

I have noticed that the emails and/or app alerts tend to be a bit delayed versus the actual shop posting time as well. This gap in timing seems to benefit those shoppers who keep close tabs on the site themselves and manually check for new postings rather than simply waiting for a notification to be sent out. It can be quite frustrating to be alerted about a great shop opening only to login and see that it's already gone. Better luck next time tho!

I hope that helps!

Fairly new to the group.

The shops that you'll see available depend on what companies in your local area have contracted out to perform mystery shopping work. Unfortunately there isn't anything you can do about that besides moving to a location where more mystery shop opportunities are available. If you're willing and able to travel you can use the search feature to zero in on areas that you may be going to or through, and then pick up shops that appeal to you there.

I hope that helps!

Intouch Insights shops

Sounds like you might now have some local competition for those available shops! There isn't anything to do except keep checking for new jobs and picking them up as soon as you see them. If you want them then you'll just have to be faster than your competition. Best of luck!

Is there a "Cap" on the number of visits you can do in one day?

That all depends on the specific MSP and contract you're referring to. Some companies will only let you to conduct one shop for them at a time, others will allow you to take on many of the same type of shop even on the same day. I personally will conduct as many as six or even eight gas station/convenience store shops in the same afternoon when possible. So long as you can keep the information straight and not screw up the reporting process you should be fine! Unfortunately though there is not set standard or rule and all MSPs and contracts vary.

I hope that helps!

Calculating points?

That is not information ISS discloses directly, although you can piece some of it together through inference. From my own experiences you will receive 20 points for a successfully completed shop but may lose 30 points for a cancellation or invalid submission. Opinion Polls are worth fewer points, but hey they all add up over time right? For more information an excellent reference that really breaks down the overall adge system can be found here: https://www.secretshopforum.com/thread/1/2/205/the-badge-system#post1125

Did assignment now i dont know how to send in my work?? New to this

On the website click on the yellow Complete Shop button for that job, then select each section and fill in your responses. In the app you'd open the job and click on the yellow Start Shop button, then from there select each section and fill in your responses. Don't forget to Submit when you're done!

I hope that helps!

Reputation Rank

Have you looked at the Web and Phone Shops section? For many of those shops you do not need to live in the local area where the assignment is located, instead they can be completed by anyone anywhere who wants to do the work. It is possible that the person who popped up on your leader board for the state had a good week completing these types of shops right from their couch! Also, as Ivan mentioned, there could very well be an existing relationship between a shopper in your area and various schedulers who might bypass posting the assignments entirely.

I hope that helps!
