When I can not get a name of an employee I tell the reason. Is it because it was obscured by their long hair, the employee was too far away, moved too fast, name too faded, or they were not wearing a name tag?

Look on the site often.....like many times a day. Some whole groups of shops are gone in minutes!
I would ask the editor the more direct, specific question that MF Johnston suggests.
It is difficult to say if it is a lot of money....depends on your expectations. I have been doing this for three years and do not find it a lot of money. Most of the time I do the shops to pay for lifestyle purchases such as gas, groceries, clothing etc.

A few tips that really helped me: 1. Read the guidelines and questionnaires twice before going on a shop 2. Proofread and edit your reports before submitting them.
It is easy when you are doing restaurant assignments. On your way out ask to speak to the manager. Get their name and tell them what a wonderful experience you had that evening!
Just saw this post. Hope you had a wonderful Christmas. I did not see turkey in the choices in the survey. For Easter instead of turkey, I think I will do stuffed chicken breast. I am getting tired of doing Turkey each time that I host Thanksgiving, Easter, and Christmas. Turkey at Thanksgiving is a must. Even in Canada!
