Bettyann newbie again in New Port Richey , Fl

Hi BettyAnn,

Did you request the shops? Did you get declined or are you still waiting to hear back from them? Also did you accept the MSP's agreement? I'd make sure you completed your profile, and signed/agreed to all the MSP contracts then apply. Good luck!

Small town

Hi MacKenzie, welcome to isecretshop! Have you done mystery shopping before? If not, I'd recommend taking some tests first, that way you are more prepared and knowledgeable. Then take one shop at a time. Read the instructions and guidelines carefully and ask questions if you need help. I've never read of anyone never getting paid. However, make sure you read each MSP contract thoroughly so you know when you can expect payment. Good luck! There's a lot of great information on this forum. I suggest you take some time and look through other people's posts. You'll probably find answers to your questions.

How do you cash out? Canada

I agree with Kristopher. Also, the amount of money you'll make depends on how many jobs you take and what types of jobs. You can make a few bucks or a couple thousand throughout the year. But there's more MSP's than what's on isecretshop as well. Good luck!

Ps- make sure you've set up your PayPal before signing up for any assignments. That way you can get paid.

I forgot to add: you can look up all your pending payments and paid payments on the payment section on the app.

360 intel problems

I'm so sorry to hear that happened to you! If I were you, I'd definitely re-download the guidelines they emailed to you when you were assigned the shop first and re read everything. If you're still positive you followed the guidelines to a tee, call them instead of emailing. I suggest the calling part because I've recently been going through similar problems with them; no response to most emails, and quite a few denied shops I submitted. I'm completely shocked that three shops I did for them recently got denied. I've never had this occur on such a large scale. Once in a blue moon I screw up but not like this. I've done these shops numerous times so I know something is going on with them. So now, when I do a shop for them I screen shot all calls placed and received, guidelines received, recordings of calls I make I save even if not recorded with their line as well. Good luck to you.

Location

This happens to me quite a bit as well. I always double check to make sure my location is on, which it is, and it still happens. Maybe it depends on what internet provider? I honestly have no clue.

Opinion Polls?

They recently had a couple opinion polls posted. They usually post them for a short time only I think. And yes they are random.

360 intel problems

I have a quick update; I just completed another three shops for them this week and had no problems whatsoever, even had quick responses via email. They are back to normal in my book, I hope everything works out for you guys too!

FUNERAL HOME DISASTER

Lol Wanda I never use a living person either! I feel it's such bad luck. For me it's much easier to use my mom since she passed away when I was a little kid, 20 years ago. It doesn't sting when I talk about it but I do get sad, so unfortunately it does help me when completing these shops which I happen to do often.

Exact details of how Self Assign works

Yes as soon as you submit your shops, you can self assign new ones as long as you have no other shops assigned to you currently or aren't at your limit.

I'm trying so hard to get to level 4 but every now and again I lose points which some are completely out oof my control which is so frustrating. I was deducted points for a school shop because on my assigned date to call, the school was closed for the holidays and so I emailed the MSP, asked about if I should wait til the new year and immediately my shop was unassigned, and points were deducted! I thought it was a mistake, so I emailed him and asked but he said no it wasn't a mistake. I was really shocked and disappointed.

Points deducted, comments and suggestions?

Hi there,

I mentioned this in another post but wanted others to see it and hopefully get some feedback and/or suggestions so it doesn't happen to me or anyone else in the future. Okay here's the story: I had a college phone shop to do and I called, but had to leave a message. As per the instructions, I was to give them some time to call back and try calling over a few days if need be. (Call is Not recorded in this shop assignment by the way) So my first call was around 1:30pm, and I received a voice mail from a person at the school around 3pm. They close at 4pm, and I had to call them back the next morning because I missed the call and didn't get the voice mail until 5:30ish. So the next morning I called, and the school's automated system picked up and stated the school was closed for the holidays until January 2nd. I was shocked! It was only December 20th! I emailed the MSP and let hem know and asked if I should wait to call when they reopen or let me know what they suggest. The response via email that I got from the MSP said that my shop had " been declined because the location was closed". I lost points too! I emailed them back immediately and said politely that I noticed I lost points for this shop, and was this on purpose or a mistake? He said yes, you lost points.

I didn't respond because I don't like to argue and cause issues especially since I work with them a lot and like working with them but this really upset me. Help anyone? Thanks!
