Did someone tell you they'd be sharing your report with the client?
I agree with everyone else's posts above. Were your shops that were canceled from isecretshop? I'm sorry you're having these problems!
Hi Christine, welcome! I recommend you read through the forum as most of your questions will be answered here already, and make sure you read through guidelines and instructions really well before performing your shops because you don't want to have any of your reports denied due to a small error. I agree. If your "points" are negative, then something is going on. Reach out to Ivan or create a ticket on the iSS app or website and ask them to look up your history so they can explain what has happened. Perhaps you've been assigned shops in the past and didn't realize it, and you were given negative points for not completing them. Just a thought. Good luck!

You need to read the instructions included in your email. There's an attachment with the info. Also when you open your assigned shop on iSS you'll see your basic instructions too on the main page. If you still find you're stuck and need help, I recommend calling your MSP in the instructions. Good luck! You should be fine.
