Keep a look out for an email from the MSP to make sure your shop was approved. Once you know it's been approved, you can check up on payment status under the "payments" section. Once it's approved, it typically takes 30-60 days to receive your payment via PayPal. Good luck!
Wow that's tough! I'm sorry you had to go through that but that's why I try reading through the guidelines before taking a shop. If it sounds really time consuming and not worth the pay, I don't take them. Was it on isecretshop or another platform?

Hi Kristi, if you click on your main badge level you can see what your percentage is right now and you can track how much it goes up each time one of your shops is approved. That's how I do it. Currently my level goes up one percent each time I complete a shop (once it's approved), and I'm at almost 80%. So I figure I have to complete another 20 shops to get to a badge count of 4. It's taken me a year lol to get this far because I haven't been doing as many on here as I'd like.
Intouch is in my personal opinion and from my personal experience the nicest and most professional MSP on iSS! I absolutely love them and they are great at responding to emails, requests, and super understanding, I can't say enough about them! They also pay so quickly!
Some shops I've done in the past were for college applications online. The MSP provided me with a fake ssn, dob and name. I was instructed to track all correspondence and time they took to email me. I've never been asked or told to input a random number or other personal info except for bank shops where a shopper would actually have to apply for either a bank account or credit card. Check the instructions and guidelines carefully and ask the MSP for clarification if needed. Good luck!

Hi Brett, you accept the iSS term of use under iSS TOU. It's on the main page of the app when opened, approximately 4 blocks down on the right.
Also make sure you're completing those on a desktop computer otherwise you might be missing info and /or inputting info not needed. The report you fill out for that particular shop updated as soon as you select the exact products you called for pricing on. It's a little quirky at first until you get the hang of it. They're super easy. The best advice I can give you is to always read the entire shop guidelines and instructions before starting.
Especially when they ask you to take photos inside medical establishments or banks. I won't. It's literally against the law/breaks privacy laws to take any photos or record anything inside doctors offices or hospitals.
