It is sometimes taking a while for the call to attach to the report. Give it an hour and see. I had the same issue numerous times. Haven't had it recently though. Good luck!
I've had the app and website from time to time take a very long time to load. I usually just use my desktop computer instead if that's happening, or wait a few minutes and then it's fine.
I have two shops I submitted back on the 22nd & 24th of January that haven't been reviewed yet. How is that fair? How long is too long to wait? They were simple online inquiry shops too, with just a few questions /answers. I'm annoyed and frustrated.
Ps- If I were to submit my shops late I'd be penalized so how is it fair that I had a deadline and they can sit on them for way over a week?
I'm just waiting on payments from the end of March. Perhaps you can reach out them.
I've been paid. No problems whatsoever. They paid within 45 days.
They are extremely reliable with paying!
