Hi David,
You can try using the following contact info to reach them:

Keep in mind that for Web/Telephone shops there is always a very large demand (like a dozen or two dozen shoppers request each one within hours of them being posted).
Here's a couple of things you can do to increase your chances of having your requests approved:
-Request shops for the soonest available dates - if a shop is available for any day next week, requests for Monday will be the first ones the schedulers see, and the first ones they approve (as they want their shops done as soon as possible), so requesting for the earliest date increases your chances of getting a shop.
-Check the Available Shops regularly, and read the emails from the schedulers or the iSS system - A LOT of shops gets grabbed within hours of being posted, so it's good to be one of the first shoppers that requests them.
-Once you submit your request, then try emailing the MSP. Let them know you've requested the shops, and that you'd very much like a chance to do them, etc, etc. Can't hurt to try. :)
I hope this helps!
Who is evaluation the evaluators? When they need you they will email you back to back. When you need a reply to a pressing matter they don't get back to you for day. Any suggestions on rectifying this habitual practice?

Yeah, Excel and OneNote are useful, but I'd personally use them only if I had a ton of shops - the app itself is more than sufficient for several at a time - everything is already there, so I tend not to complicate with other programs if I don't have to :)
Ivan which app are you speaking of, it would be great if you should suggest to the scheduling staff to implement software that tracks the times, dates and locations of your requested and assigned shops, with one click.
Who is 360 INTEL, Is this a company that took over Goodwin Hospitality. I notice several changes in the last couple of days, including the elimination of the schedulers emails and names and replied with info@...
Ivan,
Are you a seasoned MS or are you an employee of a MSP.
Do you think that the conference is really work the trip?
How will I be better, what will I achieve?
Curious.

Hi Kim and Wassim,
I completely understand what both of you mean regarding these shop reports. A vast majority of MSPs creates their own shop report forms in the iSecretShop system, and occasionally (though rarely) the iSecretShop staff is consulted in designing them. Now, the system itself does provide lots of options and functionality for customizing and optimizing them in such a way that the information is collected in the most relevant and simple way, and many forms do take full advantage of that - as Wassim said, some questions are not displayed at all, depending on what the answers to some previous question were, questions are organized into sections, there are pre-written answers you can choose from on some, etc...However, creating these forms in such a way can be a challenging and time-consuming process for the MSPs, and ultimately, the amount of questions and required information is dictated mostly by their client's requirements, the ones that are being evaluated, so it's not always easy to have forms like that.
Apartment shops in general can be very demanding, as there are lots of things that need to be evaluated.
From personal experience, I know that many MSPs are very grateful for the shopper's input and feedback, as they are always looking to improve, so please don't hesitate to send them suggestions and input - your ideas might end up as integral parts of some shops.
Thanks!
Which companies in particular loans you video equipment? Which companies do you recommend?
Wendy_15031532472383 @ Mar 29, 2018 1:56:17 AMVideo shopping isn't for everyone, especially at the beginning. I know shoppers that love it and shoppers that hate it. I would suggest researching it first as the equipment investment is about $400-$500 depending on the type of equipment you get. I was lucky when I got my first camera - I bought the WiFi video camera which connects to your phone so you can flip it open at any point to make sure your target is in frame. They tried to convince me to get a cheaper version and I am so glad I didn't. I recently got a second WiFi setup as a backup for when I am on the road.
If you want to go that route you can watch videos on YouTube - the camera most people use is the PV500 so you can look that up or Video Mystery Shopping. Another wonderful way to broaden your horizons is to go to one of the conferences. Each conference offers courses where you can pick up tips for different types of shops. You can learn from the teachers and your fellow students. Each shopper has their own way of finding shops, organizing and routing. You'll find out about the apps that people are using and ways of role playing that you might not have thought of. You can question people as to different industries and why they like them. Both the IMSC and the MSPA conferences have video courses and you can buy your camera there at a discount. If you do some planning, you can usually do some shops at the airport, post security, and they pay very well. I made most of the cost of my last trip by doing some shops on the way there and then a few more on the way back.
If you keep doing shops you will eventually learn what you need to know but a conference can catapult you ahead very quickly. For me, the networking is priceless and is very motivating. Reading your posts, you definitely have a great attitude toward the industry and that will carry you far. I hope that whatever you invest in will broaden your experience and open many doors!
How does applying for several checking and or savings account affect your credit? Has anyone every opened several checking or savings accounts in with the same bank at different locations without someone suspecting that you are a mystery shopper?
