David - I was going to ask about the MSPA certification codes and you mentioned that MSC's software/websites won't recognize the codes. So, I have taken two classes from MSPA (Intro to Mystery Shopping & Professional Report Writing), and I put the Certification Number (codes) on my iSS profile. I was thinking...how does anyone know what these codes are? They just look like some random numbers that I added. :-) So does this actually mean anything on my iSS profiles? I only use iSS and Market Force.
Thanks!
I love getting badges! I think it's a nice little perk to see them increase and earn new badges. It really makes me want to do a shop that I may not otherwise do. The problem is, the MSPs don't always link the badges to their shops. I wish iSS did the linking (hint hint ha ha). I do think there currently is a nice selection of badges.
Ivan,
The first time I asked about linking I was told to talk to iSS! So I reached out another two times (to the MSP) and I'm hoping the last person I spoke with actually tries to do something. I will keep trying!
Welcome Stephanie,
One way of getting more bang for your buck is to plan a route. Then try to do as many shops along that route as possible. I throw everything into my GPS (or you can print from online maps) and then just drive from one shop to the next.
Good luck!
Read everything as soon as you accept the assignment. This way, if there are any questions, you are giving the Scheduler a day to get back to you.
Welcome Melissa - this is a great place to post any questions that you may have. Everyone is really pretty helpful! Good luck on your shops.
My back hurts just thinking about driving that much in one day. Ha Ha. But seriously...wow - that's a lot of shops in one day! Did you make #1 on the Leader Board?
Hi Brent: What badge are you referring to? iSS is really good about making sure the correct points/badges are awarded. You could always email the Help Desk.
