I recently started and I can only sign up for two shops at a time. I took the two free prep classes but if I take the class that is $9.95, will the number of shops I am allowed increase?

Hi - I get an email telling me my shop was approved and that I will receive 20 points; however, my points only increase by 10 points. Should I write this up or is the email being sent out inaccurate?

No - I never canceled. The email specifically states 'you earned 20 points' but yet it only increased by 10.

Thank you. Yes, I finally understand how it works. I was not looking at it incorrectly but I wrote up a ticket and was helped. Thank you to all who posted as well.

Can someone please tell me if the start day for the leader board points runs from Sunday to Saturday? Or is it something else? Thanks! :-)

Thanks, Patrick. This causes a follow-up question. You, and others, have mentioned people getting 1500+ points; however, in Las Vegas, the number 1 person had only 240 points. So is their one Leader Board recap per city? Thanks!

Silly question:

I have done a number of In-N-Out Burger shops but they only increase, "Progress Towards Next Level." Why wouldn't this also be considered (and also increase) "Fast Food?"
