oh dear, I'm due quite a bit of money next month, this doesn't look good ....
I got paid for February hotel visits on 18 March and the only assignment I am awaiting payment for is for an early March hotel stay. This would usually come through in mid April. The “Payments History” page on ISS seems to take some time to be updated from “Pending” to “Paid”. I have not had to chase for payment but have found that since the ISS change over, Service Measure have been poor at responding to emails even before the present coronavirus problems. Hopefully things will improve once everything gets back to normal in the World
Hi guys, here are some of the most common reasons for an unpaid payment:
1) Shop completed too recently - not scheduled until the next payment cycle.
2) No Paypal address on file in your Extended Profile
3) Independent Contractor Agreement not signed for the MSP
4) iSecretShop Terms of Use (TOUs) not signed
If you did sign the IC agreement and TOUs, if your Paypal email is listed and accurate, and if the Payment Policy indicates you should have been paid by now, the only thing to do is to keep trying to reach the MSP. Here are some email addresses for Service Measure you can try:

I’ve been paid overnight via BACS for my February assignment. It appears they’ve had problems with the new PayPal method of payment. This is one of my favourite companies to work for so I’m very glad this issue has been resolved.
I’ve been paid overnight too for my ‘February’ assignment, yet still no pay for the January one even though it states paid. I’ve always had a PayPal on file - so yet again waiting for a reply to my email.

Hi, this is the same for me. I have tried calling, emailing, even passing someone my bank details and still no payment.

I am very disappointed to be honest and if it’s not paid soon I will be looking to take it further to get my money back. I totally understand the current situation isn’t helping anyone however this problem started before this!

I have just been paid via my bank for a hotel visit done in the first week in March and that is all of my SM shops reimbursed. How is everyone else doing with regard to this?
I’m fully up to date with the SM payments, and all other UK companies that I worked for before the shutdown
