Finally after a lot of chasing last month I got what I was expecting and likewise received this months pay via bank transfer although I know another who got paid via PayPal.

No heard nothing. Assume hotels haven't recommenced mystery visits yet, as heard all .meals have to be served to guests rooms???

I’d noticed a couple of months ago that they’ve disappeared from the list of msp agreements, so hopefully they’ll be back as I always enjoy these assignments.

Oh, I hadn't noticed they have dropped off the list of companies on here. Perhaps though (hopefully) it is purely as they have to pay a platform fee to be listed here and whilst there are no available visits it makes no sense to continue paying for use of this site? Fingers crossed, always felt they were one of the best companies out there!

Well after the fiasco of switching to this platform in January\February I was not surprised to see they were no longer on the list of companies.

I would not be surprised if\when they come back they switch back to Quest as though it was buggy at least it was easy to use (for me) and seemed to be efficient.

Also they have lost a major hotel chain (they have been taken over by Best Western-who do their own in house audits).

Another smaller hotel group have gone bust so Sm have lost another set of hotels.

Another hotel chain stopped the MS visits except for the 4 in London.

I do hope they survive as for me they were on of the best for me.

That's interesting Nigel, which company was taken over by BW and which have gone bust? Oh and which have stopped MS except for 4 in London? You're the man who knows all!

I really hope SM come back. I found this platform worked well after the initial teething issues and would be happy to see them return. Quest was fine but I don’t miss the emails at 3am!

I believe Hallmark was taken over by BW earlier this year.

Shearings have gone (around 45 hotels under Bay, Coast & Country, Country Living brands) the owner Specialist Leisure Group has gone into administration.

I’m not sure which group has stopped apart from the ones in London but would be interested to know.
