If you are talking about the training and assignments for inventory scans through Business Evaluation Services, the e-mail address they list is ShoppingScout@MysteryShopperServices.com. I recently did the training/certification and have started doing scans for them. I've found them to be really responsive and helpful.
I'm wondering if anyone has any thoughts or advice regarding linking MSPA certifications to your ISS account? In the extended profile section on ISS it asks for an MSPA certification number. However, after doing a Google search, it seems that MSPA no longer offers certification numbers for courses you complete. Instead, this should all be linked to your MSPA account number. I just ended up just putting my MSPA account number into my profile. Has anyone else had any issues with this? I've noticed that a lot of different secret shopping sites still ask for certification numbers and I'm not sure if my certifications are registering.
The MSP will give detailed instructions if you're assigned the shop. Sometimes there's a specific script or scenario that needs to be followed.
I had the same situation earlier today when I was trying to access the website, but the app was working fine. Luckily everything seems to be back to normal now.

I think you'll find that you need to physically visit most shops, but there's also a lot of web and phone shops listed on this site. That usually involves placing a recorded phone call and filling out a survey afterwards.
Personally, I would just be patient and wait for the payment unless it's been a few months or more. This website also says how long it takes each MSP to pay on average. I had one shop that was almost at 60 days without payment and I almost contacted the MSP, but I waited a little longer and I did end up getting paid without inquiring. Some companies take longer than others, but I've been paid for every shop I've completed through the ISS platform.
