Hi Lissabeth. You may be getting the negative points from returning shops. Every one that you decline after you have accepted them gets you negative 20 points.
A lot of the shops have a date range and the shop can be completed any time within that period. If that is the case you will see a reschedule button when you open the shop and it will give you the dates it is available to be shopped. My experience has been that it will only allow you to do this once so choose carefully.
Welcome back. I imagine it is a whole new world with all the apps that are available to make our lives easier!
I am in South Central Ontario and have the same history with In Touch. It's good to see a fellow Canadian on the forum! I love this platform, especially how easy it is to fill in the surveys while on the road.
Hi Carolyn. The best way is to just dive in. Take a shop, read the instructions carefully and take your time. I love mystery shopping and over time you will find your own ways to remember things, schedule and report. Once you get going you might want to consider going to one of the mystery shopping conferences and network with other shoppers.
Hi Terrie. Congratulations! That first shop is always hard. I hope you come to love the industry as much as I have.
Welcome Felipe. This board is full of useful information so keep watching!
If they are on the iSS platform, they are all good! You may find you like the way some of the companies set up their surveys better than others, it's just a matter of experience.
You've come to the right place. There are a lot of experienced shoppers here. What specifically are you trying to figure out?
I think I read it in a post about the proprietary algorithm used to calculate out ranking score. It takes into consideration number of shops, diversity, etc etc.
