Hi Sukhy. Welcome to the Forum. I am from Canada too, southern Ontario. Whereabouts are you?
It depends where you are. Some places have more shops than others. If you look at your map, it is set to a 25 mile radius. Try expanding that to 50 or 100.
Hi Jody
The bell means you have messages. Go to "Announcements" on the the ISS website. It's on the side panel under "Home" and over "Assigned Shops" and "Available Shops". You may have a message there from your scheduler.
Hi Heather!
It's nice to see another fellow Canadian on the Boards! I'm from Ontario, Canada.
Hi Tara
That's hilarious! But I think I am even worse. Even though I know I can listen, I still take notes at a mile a minute. Every time I go to do the report, I wonder why I do it!
That's too bad Michele. I find iSecretShop to be the most fun of all the companies I deal with and I've done several thousand shops to date. The suggestion about the pictures may be for the validator. Look at each section you entered and it should tell you if it is complete. If you did it on the website on your computer it should say something like 5 of 5 complete, 2 of 2 complete etc. Find the one that is missing something and go to that section. If they are all complete, check your start and end times to make sure the date, time and am/pm are all correct.
Once you get used to the site and what is required it becomes really easy to enter the shops. I love the phone app and being able to enter all my shops on the road!
Can anyone recommend a phone app that can give you multiple phone numbers?
Hi Martin
The one I use is Driving Route Planner. It will allow you to put in 25 addresses and it will give you various routes to choose from. It's easy to use and you can copy and paste a list right into the program.

If you have a shop declined or you take a shop and then give it back without contacting the scheduler you will receive negative points.
