MFJohnston is right - asking that question would either result in them explaining an option that you might not have been aware of, or them realizing that you were right and the fault really was not yours, in which case it's only fair to restore your points...

That is a minor issue with the app/mobile website that occurs when you try to set a profile pic without having a mobile/home phone number listed on your profile first. The developers are aware of this issue and are working on solving it (might have even solved it already).

There would have to be some sort of explanation when a shop is cancelled - you can look for it in the email that notified you fo the cancellation. If not, I strongly advise reaching out to the MSP that posted the shop(s) and asking them, as their schedulers will be able to tell you the exact reason.

Also, you can also keep track of all requested shops on the Requests page on iSecretShop. On top of that, an automated email is sent whenever a shop is assigned to you, and you can also chose to activate the option to receive notifications when your requests are declined, although this is off by default, to avoid receiving too many emails.
