If you want to see more shops, you can set the search distance filter (in the upper-left corner of the Available Shops page, above the map) to 50 or 100 miles, and click the search button (a small magnifying glass symbol in that same row) - that will show you the available shops in the wider area around you.

Once you have a shop assigned to you, you can always view it on the "Assigned Shops" page - there you can see all shops you have assigned, and can click "Complete Shop" on any of them to see the full shop information, the shop instructions, the questions, or/and fill out the shop report.

The Age & Identity Verification feature works using Public Records data to confirm your identity. If you are interested, simply log in to iSecretShop.com and over on the left there is a link called Age & Identity Verification. Click that. There is a one-time fee of $9.98 to run the check - you then confirm all the information is current and correct before you do so - and then your profile will be officially verified and you will be notated accordingly.

Error Loading Location is an error you get on the app or mobile web. This happens when you do not have 'location services turned on' or when you do not allow the app (or mobile browser) to use location services.

You will frequently see this error because the app uses your location to find available shops, geotag your assignments etc.

To fix this on iOS - go to Settings->Privacy Settings ->Location Services. Make sure Location Services is on and turned on for iSecretShop.

Points are gained any time you successfully complete a shop, when you do an Opinion Poll, and when you complete some of the courses on iSSprep.com. As you get more points, your score increases, and with it , so will your Reputation badge level. Like Norm said, just keep plugging along and you'll move up the ranks. :)
