Since shoppers can't change their name information themselves, you would need to upload a clear image of your full, valid, undoctored, government-issued Identification. This may be uploaded under your Extended Profile in the field titled "Please Upload a Photo ID."
Once you have done so, open a support ticket for iSecretShop so they could review it and update your name information.

Hi Tim,
You gain 20 points for each successfully completed shop, and you lose 30 points for each cancellation or decline. Reschedules don't affect your score.
Only the Reputation badge takes points into account, the other badges are based on the number of shops performed, or other metrics.

That all depends on many factors - the MSP, the client in question, when was the shop done, etc. Sometimes the editors can approve a shop within a couple of hours or less, sometimes it can take several days before they get to it. Most MSPs I've encountered try to get their shops approved within 2 days.
Whether a shop gets approved, declined, or returned to you for more information/corrections, you will always be notified about it (via an internal notification in the system itself and via email).

I hope this issue was resolved adequately.
I can't think of many reasons why something like that might happen; One example would be if the shop had multiple objectives, and if some of them are not met, the compensation is reduced. For instance, if your task was to go to a store, purchase a specific item, and then perform a return visit to return the item, but you end up not finding (and therefore not purchasing) the item, then there is no return visit, and the shop compensation is reduced to reflect that. A situation like this, however, would be clearly mentioned in the shop instructions/guidelines.

I don't think that it pertains to you at all - the editor who approved your shop probably has "PROOFER" listed in their name/title on the iSecretShop system for internal reasons (differentiating between editors and schedulers, etc).
