The MSPs thap post the shops do have the ability to restore lost points from cancellations if they deem it appropriate. Generally speaking, this is very rarely done, as it's reserved only for cases where the shop couldn't be completed by no fault of the shopper's (the location they were supposed to visit is closed, the shop was posted in error and got cancelled, dangerous weather/circumstances make the shop inaccessible/hazardous to do, etc).
Hello,
The shop reports are filled in online, directly on the website/app, section by section. You can access your shops through the Assigned Shops page.
Good luck!
Call me naive, but I don't think someone would carry a box cutter intentionally as a threat in that situation - she probably felt embarrassed about it later :)
Hi Jama,
I'm not sure what authorization letter you're referring to - if that is something specific to a shop, you should reach out to the Mystery Shopping Provider that posted it and ask them - their schedulers will provide you with the information you need.
Cheers!
Hi Dolores,
It's possible that the shops in question are not set to be visible to shoppers, or that you don't meet some demographic requirements (like age) to do them. In those cases, shops would not be visible on the Available Shops page. You can ask the scheduler to assign the shops to you manually, in which case they will immediately show up on your Assigned Shops page. Otherwise, you can explain the issue to them, and they can let you know why you're not seeing the shops.
I hope this helps!
In a lot of cases, with a lot of projects, yes, I would definitely say so.
Some MSPs have adapted their shops to accommodate for the new situation, and even to evaluate if the required measures are being implemented. Some have new projects now, centered around Covid measures. Some have shut most projects down and have still not reinstated them.
Overall, I'd say we're not near the pre-pandemic levels of shops, but it's definitely much better than in the early days of the locakdowns.
Hi, and welcome!
The MSPs on the iSecretShop platform do always pay shoppers for successfully completed shops, they pay the complete amounts (unless in very special circumstances that can cause a reduction), and they pay on time, in accordance with their payment schedule - delays are very rare. They are all legitimate, credible companies with years of experience. Different MSPs have different payment schedules, and you can find out more info about each on the Provider Contracts and Policies page.
Good luck with your future shops!
Hi Holly,
My recommendation would be to complete the free courses available on iSSprep, as those will increase your shopper score - then, once you see shops available on the Web and Telephone Shops page, request them for the soonest available date (those requests are much more likely to be approved then those for later dates). Additionally, once you request the shops, you can reach out to the MSP and let them know that you have requested the shops and would like an opportunity to do them - asking politely never hurts your chances :)
