The profiles of "associated minors" - children (of a certain age) of registered shoppers - are created by their parents, and connected to their parent's account - this is done by clicking on the Associated Minors link on the left side of the homepage on iSecretShop.com.
If you're interested in finding out more about this system, I suggest contacting Intouch Insight, as they are the only MSP that is currently utilizing that system (to my knowledge), and I believe it's only in Canada, but I could be wrong.

The "Reschedule" option is something the MSP can toggle on or off, for each individual project. It's usually left the same way it was set up when the shops are posted, but they can also change it at any time (if, for example, their deadlines approach and they can't risk letting shoppers reschedule shops on their own anymore).

Service Measure is in regular contact with iSecretShop and is hoping to return in October - they are waiting for enough of their clients to return to justify reopening. The iSS staff speak with them monthly and last word was "Hoping for October!"

The best course of action would be to reach out to the schedulers/editors and ask them - they are the ones who can provide you with the accurate info for the specific project in question.

I don't think there will be a specific "Hey we're back!" email, but the standard Available Shops emails which are periodically sent should start including SM shops in your proximity once they become available. Checking the Available Shops page is always the best option :)
Hi Jason, and welcome! The Web & Telephone Shops page on iSecretShop contains shops which can be done from home, without needing to go anywhere, so my advice would be to start there. Keep in mind that the demand for those shops is high, so they're not always available and can be tricky to get - so you can try reaching out to schedulers once you have requested a few shops and ask if they'd be willing to assign them to you.
As far as physical shops go, you can browse the Available Shops page for those you think might be able to do, and before requesting, reach out to the schedulers and inform them of your situation, and ask if there are any limiting factors you should consider before requesting their shop, or if you could bring a guest with you if needed, etc. Start slow, take just a shop or two if you're able to, and maintain communication with the schedulers. If/when you figure out a method that works for you, you can start doing some of them regularly.

Signing the agreements has no effect on how many shops you'll be able to see and do - you can sign them all now, or sign one, or none.
They exist to familiarize you with the policies of the MSPs whose shops you'd be doing before you're able to request their shops, so you'll only need to sign each one once - before you complete your first shop for the MSP in question.
