I agree with MFJohnston - ask for what specific information they want, or even an example of what kind of answer/description are they looking for.
Hi Crystal,
Where you find the link to the TOUs depends if you are on the app or the website. The link on the website is called "iSecretShop TOU," It is on the bottom left on the website and you can also find it on the website by clicking on the "Provider Contracts & Policies" link and clicking the blue button in the top center of the page called "View/Accept Terms: directly beneath the heading "iSecretShop Terms of Use." It is also one of the last buttons on the home page on the app.
Click that - enter your name and click the accept or sign button.
Hi Maryruth,
The brief details such as these, which you see before accepting a shop, are just there to give you a rough idea of what the shop is about and what is being evaluated. Once you have a shop assigned to you, you will be able to see the full information on the shop page - the exact guidelines, requirements, the shop questions, etc.
Hi Amy,
You can do both of those by going to the Update Extended Profile page when you login to iSecretShop.
Hi Megan,
No worries at all - the iSecretShop system as a whole was built to have a ton of functionalities to suit various needs, and then expanded over the years to become what it is today - so it can be bit overwhelming for new users. I'll list a few resources you can use to help get you started:
As for your shop itself - the best course of action is always to reach out to the Mystery Shopping Provider that posted the shop, and ask their schedulers for clarification. They will have the most accurate info, and can explain exactly what is expected.
I hope this helps!
That's good advice Russel!
Linda - I'm not sure what Letter of Authorization you're referring to - is that something specific to a particular shop?
