Qsi employee?

Hello,

If the shops you are looking at are based in Nevada, the state laws require shoppers to be employed by the MSP. QSI is one such MSP, operating on iSecretShop.

Returning Secret Shopper, Tips For Shopper Score

Hello,

There are 3 ways of gaining points, and 2 ways of losing them. You gain points when your shops are approved, and when you do opinions polls and the courses on iSSprep. You lose points when your shops are canceled or declined.

Regardless of your score, you can request an unlimited number of shops directly in the system, and have an unlimited number of shops assigned to you at any point. A negative score only prevents self-assigning (grabbing shops without the need to request them). The process of requesting shops is the same as with self-assigning, it's just that schedulers first need to approve the shop requests before the shops are assigned to you.

I hope this helps!

Is ISS legitimate and of legitimacy ?

Glad to hear you're finding the app useful!

Please keep in mind that iSS does not pay shoppers or post shops/audits - iSS is only there to bring together the shoppers and the Mystery Shopping Providers.

Cheers!

How do you see your point's?

If your score is positive, you won't see the points themselves - you'll just see your badges. Your points are collected by the system, on the "back-end" side of things. Your score is reflected in your Reputation badge - the higher the score, the higher the level of that badge. As you accumulate more points, you will see it progress towards higher levels.

The reason for this method is mainly that there are over a million shoppers on iSS, over two dozen MSPs, dozens/hundreds of editors and schedulers, etc. - so the system of badges represents your experience as a shopper much better than just a simple collection of points. It tells schedulers your overall level of experience, how reliable you are, how long you've been using the iSS system, which types of shops you've had experience with (and how much), etc, etc.

And I agree with MFJohnston - take jobs you will definitely complete and do them well, and you'll see your ranking grow, as well as your professional relationships with the schedulers.

Cheers!

Incorrectly declined by iss, one hour before shop time.

Hi Crystal,

If the problem was technical in nature, the iSS team will resolve it and restore your points. However, this is very unlikely - without knowing any other details, I'd say that the most likely reason was either a misunderstanding on the due date of some sorts, or that the shops were canceled as not needed but they forgot to restore your points and send you an explanation, or something of that sort. You should definitely keep trying to reach the MSP responsible for the shop - even if one scheduler is not available, there are likely others who can assist you.

Keep us posted!
