Hope all goes well for you today. I have completed 3 shops, 2 have been accepted so far, and I'm doing my 4th tomorrow.
If you have a smartphone (who does not these days) get the app, it helps tremendously.

I did do a few shops years ago, was helping my Mom who was a shopper. Little Ceasers was very extensive and needed very good pics as well.
Can you put in multiple requests for phone / internet shops? Like request several different days and/ or times?
Or does this upset the schedulers?
I had a retail shop recently the included a 10 minute observation period. For the first four minutes the subject talked with another sales person instead of interacting with the many customers passing by. After 7 minutes, the subject packed up and left, leaving no indication they were to return. Upon asking the sales person the subject was talking to, I find out they went to lunch maybe and should be back in 30 min. 45 minutes later I ended the shop, the subject had not returned.I called it in, was told to write it up. It was approved, thankfully. But that was an interesting report.

Yes, very good info.
I had some problems arise on a shop and was able to contact the scheduler and resolve the issue in a few minutes.
They are very helpful and glad to hear from us if we need anything to complete a shop.
When in doubt, call in..you can't go wrong...
