Sorry for the silly question or more like questions, I'm new here.

Good advise. Phone shops can either be more easy or more hard, depending on the requirements, than in-person gigs. And there are no silly questions to ask when you are shopping.

Introductions and Maybe a Question or Five ;)

Being certified is an extra gig that some MSPs do look at, but unless you need a specific cert in a specfiic area for an msp, freelancer status should be just fine.

Keep asking your questions to the MSP until you receive an answer either way.

search radius

You can also use the "Near Me" selection in the mobile app when you traveling to bring up shops within the 25 mile radius. Try it and let us know how that works for you. Thanks

Iss courses

Good job on all of your courses. Enjoy the shops you can now do.

Iss courses

Login to the ISS website. At the top look for ISS Prep Certification. This will take you to the ISS Prep courses only. Other courses may be available as assigned by the MSPs. Hope that helps. Thanks.

Hi Heather,

Where are you located? It is certainly nice to chat with others. I have been an mystery shopper for almost 4 years and I would enjoy sharing with you any thing that might be of help for you. Let me know. Thanks

Tax Documentation

Very true. Unless you work for one or two specific MSPs, the chances of reaching the $600 cap is minimal. Thanks for sharing and asking.

Very sad, but often times when you cancel a shop, especially if its your first one with an MSP, they frown upon that and decline/delete you from their system. Its rare, but it does happen.
