Good luck in your efforts about those shops. Here's a few things to keep in mid regarding applying for them:


First, there is A LOT of demand for some of them. Dozens of shoppers can request each one within hours of the shops being published. Schedulers then review the requests and approve those that are from the most reliable shoppers and that are for the nearest dates (if for example you can request them for any day next week, the first ones to be approved will be those requested for Monday) - so make sure to request the soonest dates.

Second - Badges. If you do even one of them, you'll get a badge proving you've had some experience in doing them before, making it more likely the schedulers will give them to you in the future. If you keep doing them, your badge level will increase, and the schedulers will, at a glance, see you've had extensive experience - and be very glad to give them to you again. Of course, new shoppers are not left out, and are whenever possible, given a chance to start off and earn some experience in every type of shop.


You can also try emailing or calling the MSP that posted the shop, and letting their schedulers know that you have requested it and would love the opportunity to do it - it's not guarantied to work, but it's a small extra step you can take if you want to, and that sort of engagement is greatly appreciated by schedulers, and often rewarded. :)

I believe what you're referring to - the "iSS suite" is simply the iSecretShop system, a software platform where shops are posted, and performed by shoppers. It includes the website, the mobile site, and the mobile application.

It's the email address you used to create (register) your PayPal account - and the one to which you are receiving emails from PayPal. If you are unsure what it is, you can contact the PayPal support and they will let you know.

Leejee, I'm not sure I know what you mean - the shop overview and main requirements are visible when you click "View Details" on each shop on the Available Shops page, so shoppers can see them before taking on the shop. And once the shop is assigned to you, you then have access to the exact scenario, questions, etc. - which is the information you only need once the shop is assigned to you.

Frustrated. Phone/web shops showing as available but aren't

I have actually informed the iSecretShop development team of this and I'm inquiring about the possibility of upgrading the calendar on iSS somehow, to have it highlight the actual available dates. They are working on several different improvement projects right now, but if this is doable, I'm sure they will look into it as soon as they can.

Voici comment fonctionne le système:


-une fois que vous vous connectez à iSecretShop, accédez à la page "missions disponibles " et parcourez les missions qui sont affichées.

-Lorsque vous voyez celui qui vous intéresse, vous cliquez sur "afficher les détails " et il va ouvrir une fenêtre contextuelle avec toutes les informations sur la mission.

-Ensuite, vous pouvez soit auto-attribuer cette mission, ou cliquez sur "request mission " pour soumettre une demande pour une date spécifique. Les planificateurs sont souvent l'examen de ces demandes, il devrait donc être approuvé bientôt.


* Si vous êtes invité à signer d'abord les conditions d'utilisation de iSecretShop ou le contrat du fournisseur de Mystery Shopping, vous pouvez le faire sur la page "contrats et politiques du fournisseur".

* Si vous êtes invité à entrer votre adresse e-mail PayPal, vous pouvez le faire sur la page "mettre à jour le profil étendu ".


-une fois que vous avez une mission qui vous est attribuée, vous pouvez toujours l'afficher sur la page "missions assignées "-là vous pouvez voir toutes les missions que vous avez attribué, et peut cliquer sur "mission complète " sur l'un d'eux pour voir les informations de la boutique complète, les instructions de questions, ou/et remplissez le rapport de mission.

-Si vous avez des questions au sujet d'une mission particulière, vous pouvez toujours contacter le MSP qui l'a affiché, et leurs planificateurs/éditeurs seront heureux de vous aider.

-Lorsque vous avez terminé de remplir le rapport de mission-vous cliquez sur "Finalize mission " pour le soumettre-il sera examiné aux éditeurs et soit approuvé, ou retourné à vous pour plus d'informations (si oui, il apparaîtra dans votre "missions affectées" page).

-une fois la mission approuvée, vous pouvez communiquer avec le MSP concernant votre paiement pour cette mission.
