Most fast food chains no longer have mystery shop and were replaced by the restaurant surveys which science has shown people only do when mad or really happy with the service. :-(
Betrice - that is hilarious on those shops. I noticed the age did change to 66 and had no idea why!
Worst gas reveal shops I stopped doing as managers were awful if they were there on site. I found out later that every "No" answer the station was fined by head office! I had no idea this was done as a mystery shopper.
Hotel shops are hard to find. I have only done a few in the past but in the USA when the boarder was open. :-( SQM used to have a bunch but you only get 50% back.
I have seen those in MI. We have Flashfood in Ontario but they are not mystery shopped. :-(
Happy shopping - I see lots of Quebec mystery shops with huge bonuses but must be done in French!
I almost did a The Source mystery shop (old Radio Shack) but had no idea what to buy for under $1. Do they still sell single batteries? :-) I got there and it was permanently closed. :-( Got half the shop value as got photos of the closed sign.
Anyone do Field Agent shops in Canada? I don't mind their Tim Horton free food audits but has anyone seen the mystery shops? $3.50 pay! LOL - I almost fell over when I first saw this. Also gave up on the Costco scavenger hunts. Has anyone ever found one of these items? :-)
